Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Payroll Supervisor, Shared Services in Westminster, CO to lead a payroll team delivering accurate payroll services for US and Canada. You will standardize processes, optimize workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance in a Managed Services environment.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and experience with ADP Global View/ADP Workforce Now. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• CPP certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of payroll management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll and taxation practices for US/Canada.
• Experience with payroll technologies in a managed services environment.
• Experience with ADP Global View and ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations for US and Canada.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise payroll analysts and coordinators.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leadership to align payroll with business objectives.
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements and automation.
• Develop comprehensive payroll documentation and SOPs.
• Resolve complex payroll issues and escalate as needed.
• Engage with vendors and external service providers as required.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in payroll delivery.
• Coordinate on year‑end processing, reconciliations, and compliance.
