Job summary

Ball Corporation in Westminster, CO is seeking a Sr. Shared Services Analyst in Benefits & Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll and benefits processing.

The role acts as a subject matter expert, resolving complex issues, and collaborating across the organization to improve processes and ensure accuracy. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, leading cross-functional teamwork, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in benefit/payroll processing.
• Preferred SAP and/or ADP experience; ADP GlobalView an advantage.
• Experience with 401(k)/RRSP reporting, reconciliations, and funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor on payroll and benefits accuracy, resolving complex issues across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll processes.
• Research and resolve complex payroll issues with data collection, analysis, and root-cause identification.
• Serve as senior point of contact for daily tasks and high-priority issues.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, performance, and quality.
