You will manage a team of Payroll Analysts and partner with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Accounting to optimize payroll workflow, reporting, and system integrations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive payroll knowledge, and experience with UKG or similar platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including complex payrolls.
• 2+ years of experience leading payroll professionals.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, wage and hour, taxation, deductions, and year-end processing.
• Experience with payroll systems and enterprise platforms (UKG preferred).
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, audits, controls, and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Payroll Analysts; provide clear priorities and feedback.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage day-to-day payroll operations: calculations, adjustments, deductions, garnishments, taxes.
• Review payroll results, reconciliations, and audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll processes, controls, and documentation; ensure compliance with wage/tax laws.
• Oversee payroll tax administration and jurisdictional setup.
• Serve as escalation point for complex payroll questions.
• Collaborate with HRIS to troubleshoot and improve payroll processes.
• Coordinate with HR, Benefits, Finance, Accounting on payroll data flow.
• Support payroll accounting activities and year-end tax documents.
