Job summary

Leprino Foods Company in Denver, CO, is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to lead our Corporate Financial Shared Services payroll team across the country. You’ll coach staff, improve processes, and ensure accurate, on-time pay for thousands of employees.

The role manages weekly and bi-weekly payroll, reviews calculations, handles complex issues, and drives system improvements in UKG/Kronos. We offer a generous starting salary, a 10% target bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience including full-cycle payroll processing.
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising employees.
• Experience processing payroll across multiple states and applying federal, state, and local payroll requirements.
• Experience using Kronos, UKG Workforce Management, or a comparable time and attendance system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reviewing, reconciling, and reporting payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Payroll Specialists across weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Review and approve payrolls to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coach team members, provide training, and support development.
• Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and tax concerns.
• Coordinate monthly bonus processing and validate payments.
