Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Masters in Accounting/Finance or Data Management or a related field.
• Strong academic performance in areas such as mathematical equations or financial modeling.
• Excel and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to perform high-quality academic projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll activities, including collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting.
• Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies or regulatory changes.
• Prepare payroll reports and analysis, supporting finance in audits (internal/external).
• Oversee payroll vendors, ensuring strict adherence to contracts and SLAs.
• Liaise with authorities to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and HR operations to improve employee experience.
