Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
• 2+ years payroll processing experience, healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP/Paychex/UKG) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Verify new hires, terminations, pay changes, and deductions with HR and Finance.
• Respond to payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Reconcile payroll data and prepare payroll taxes and related filings.
• Assist with year-end processes including W-2 and 1099 preparation.
• Support audits and provide requested documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
