The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in payroll management, proficiency in ERP software and Excel, and strong analytical abilities. The position offers a supportive on-site work environment along with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in accounting and/or payroll management.
• Strong command of ERP software and Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Excellent analytical abilities and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
• Manage the preparation and filing of various payroll tax returns.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management review.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits with corrective actions.
• Assist the finance department with billing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
