Job summary

RG&T Solutions seeks a Senior Global Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll across multiple countries from its Dallas, TX area operations. You will implement proprietary multi-country payroll solutions, engage stakeholders, and drive change management.

The role requires five years of payroll experience (expatriate/international), a bachelor's degree, and familiarity with payroll software such as SAP, ADP, Paychex, Workday, and Oracle. A hybrid work setup is supported.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include gathering requirements from clients and internal teams, configuring and testing payroll systems, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll and tax reporting, and supporting year-end reconciliations.

Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams is essential to deliver seamless service and support business growth.

The role requires continuous improvement of payroll systems, staying updated on global payroll trends and regulations, and acting with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications include a minimum of five years' experience in payroll, including expatriate and international payroll, with a bachelor's degree.

Preferred credentials include CPA, CPP, GPHR, PMP, or similar, with a one-year window to obtain if not already held.

Experience with payroll software (SAP, ADP, Paychex, etc.) and HCM platforms (Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle) is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and flexibility to work in a hybrid environment are required.
