Job summary

The Minnesota Orchestra is seeking a Payroll and Leave Administration Analyst to manage weekly payroll via Paylocity for 200+ employees and to lead all leave programs including PFML and FMLA. The role supports benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and compliance reporting within a hybrid People and Culture team.

This position emphasizes accurate data handling, audit readiness, and collaboration with finance and operations to optimize payroll and leave processes in a high-performance arts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing payroll for 200+ employees.
• Experience administering leave programs (STD, LTD, PFML, FMLA).
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer weekly payroll in Paylocity for 200+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and manage all employee leave programs (PFML, FMLA, STD/LTD) and benefits administration.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and support reporting and audits.
