Job summary

The London NYC, a Luxury Collection Hotel seeks a Payroll Manager to lead all payroll activities in a complex luxury hospitality setting. You will ensure accurate, timely pay for salaried, hourly, union, and tipped staff in line with laws, contracts, and hotel policies.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, audits, system improvements, and collaboration with HR and Accounting to reflect changes across all platforms. A strong background in hospitality payroll is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 2–5 years of payroll experience in hospitality or multi-department environments.
• Experience processing payroll for union and non-union staff preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and wage rules.
• Expertise with ADP or similar payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll process with accurate, timely processing.
• Review inputs: hours, premium pay, PTO, holidays, bonuses, severance, gratuities.
• Ensure accurate pay rates, classifications, and payroll coding.
• Maintain compliance with bargaining agreements and legal requirements.
• Prepare payroll-related audits, reports, and documentation.
