Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or client service environment.
• Hands-on experience with Paylocity (or similar HRIS/payroll platform) required.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Experience managing client relationships or high-volume service requests.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process and submit weekly, biweekly, and off-cycle payrolls with accuracy and timeliness.
• Own payroll deadlines across multiple clients, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, tax issues, and funding concerns proactively.
• Support final pay calculations, PTO payouts, and earnings adjustments.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients via Salesforce, Slack, and email.
• Translate technical system functionality into practical guidance for clients.
