Brabo Payroll, Inc. is seeking a Payroll and HRIS Specialist in Palm Harbor, FL. The role owns day-to-day payroll and HRIS execution within Paylocity for a diverse client base, delivering accurate, timely processing and real-time system guidance.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, are tech-savvy, and aim to grow into advanced HRIS, implementation, or HRBP paths. Hybrid schedule with in-office Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, HRIS, or client service experience.
• Hands-on Paylocity experience required.
• Strong communication and multi-system navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, biweekly, and off-cycle payrolls with accuracy.
• Own payroll deadlines across multiple clients.
• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and tax issues proactively.
• Provide proactive client support and guidance on Paylocity usage.
