Job summary

CFS is seeking a Manager of Payroll & HRIS Operations to lead payroll, HRIS, and HR operations with ownership, process improvements, and strong controls. You will serve as the ADP and HR systems expert, partnering with Finance and leadership on compliance, audits, and critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in payroll administration and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, reporting, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, tax compliance, reconciliations, year-end reporting, and audits.
• Administer and optimize ADP Workforce Now and related HRIS platforms, including configuration, reporting, security, and workflow management.
• Maintain employee data integrity while supporting onboarding, offboarding, benefits changes, leave administration, and personnel records.
• Prepare payroll, workforce, compliance, and operational reports for leadership and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and internal controls to increase efficiency and reduce risk.

• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll tax regulations, audits, reporting, and advanced Excel.
