Job summary

CFS is seeking a Manager of Payroll & HRIS Operations to own payroll, HRIS, and HR operations, driving process improvements, compliance, and system optimization across the organization.

You will lead ADP Workforce Now, partner with Finance and senior leadership on audits, reporting, and initiatives, and oversee bi-weekly payroll, data integrity, onboarding, offboarding, benefits changes, and records management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payroll administration, HRIS management, and related HR operations functions.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable enterprise payroll/HRIS platform.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll tax regulations, audits, reporting, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, tax compliance, reconciliations, year-end reporting, and payroll audits.
• Administer and optimize ADP Workforce Now and related HRIS platforms, including system configuration, reporting, security, and workflow management.
• Maintain employee data integrity while supporting onboarding, offboarding, benefits changes, leave administration, and personnel records.
• Prepare payroll, workforce, compliance, and operational reports for leadership and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and internal controls to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
