EECU is seeking a dependable Payroll & HR Specialist to support biweekly payroll for 450+ employees and help maintain HR, benefits, reporting, and employee processes. This role requires strong accuracy, data integrity, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Location is Fort Worth, TX, with no remote work; the position emphasizes confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of payroll or HR administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Process biweekly payroll for 450+ employees, including timekeeping, earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and changes.
• Prepare payroll files, reports, and documentation for regular, supplemental, final, quarter-end, and year-end processing.
• Research payroll discrepancies, maintain records, and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Reconcile payroll and benefit invoices, identify variances, obtain approvals, and submit payment documentation.
• Support HR operations with recurring/ad hoc reporting and employee data maintenance.
• Assist with new-hire and separation benefit processes, enrollments, and communications.
• Provide audits support and administer payroll/HR systems data entry and testing.
• Protect confidential employee information in line with laws and policies.
