The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of payroll experience, including Workday Payroll, and demonstrates strong customer service and accuracy in records management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, multi-state processing.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, garnishments, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support bi-weekly payroll processing and audits.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for employee inquiries.
• Assist with payroll inputs such as bonuses and revisions.
• Coordinate tax notices and garnishment actions with vendors.
• Maintain payroll records for compliance and audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and clinical leaders.
