Job summary

Condux-International,-Inc. is seeking a Payroll and Human Resources Specialist to manage payroll processing and provide HR support across onboarding, benefits, records, and programs.

This exempt role reports to the HR Manager, follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional after-hours for travel, meetings, and events, and requires residency within [state/local area] with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, accounting, or business.
• At least 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and HR records.
• Support recruitment activities and candidate communication.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and reconciliation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Support safety and compliance programs.
