Job summary

Condux International is seeking a Payroll and Human Resources Specialist to manage payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, records, and HR programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role includes processing time records, garnishments, and year-end activities, plus support for recruiting, onboarding, and HR initiatives. Requires an associate degree and 2 years of payroll experience; CPP/FPC and Paylocity experience are preferred. Based in Mankato, MN.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review time records, payroll changes, deductions, and adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure wage/hour compliance.
• Coordinate year-end payroll activities; respond to inquiries.
