Job summary

Remedy Medical Properties is seeking a Payroll Processing Lead to manage our national bi-weekly payroll, including timesheets, garnishments, and multi-state tax withholdings. You will administer the ADP HRIS, maintain data integrity for hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, and collaborate with Finance on audits and cost reporting.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years HR or payroll administration experience; ADP Workforce Now familiarity preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end bi-weekly payroll across multiple states; manage timesheets, garnishments, and tax withholdings.
  • Administer HRIS (ADP) and maintain lifecycle data for hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Ensure payroll and HR practices comply with state and federal regulations; generate reports.
  • Oversee benefits enrollment and leave tracking; respond to payroll-related questions.
  • Assist audits, including 401k and Workers' Comp filings.
  • Support onboarding and ensure payroll/tax documentation is captured on day one.
  • Provide clear, professional policy guidance to employees.
