Enclave is seeking a Payroll and HR Operations Specialist to oversee payroll processes, including biweekly payroll and weekly certified payroll reporting. You will partner with HR Operations to document workflows, strengthen controls, organize payroll records, and drive automation to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of payroll administration experience required.
• Fundamental knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and regulations.
• FPC or CPP preferred; certification sponsored if not held.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process biweekly payroll for all employees in accordance with schedules and policies.
• Manage weekly certified payroll for prevailing wage and public works projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Perform regular payroll audits to ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation with proper record retention.
• Coordinate payroll funding and timelines with Finance and Accounting teams.
