Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in payroll, HR, accounting, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with confidential information.
• Ability to meet recurring deadlines and manage priorities.
• Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive data.
• Excellent communication with employees, managers, and partners.
• Experience with UKG Pro/Workforce Management preferred but not required.
• Collaborative, independent work style and dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for ~500 employees using UKG Pro.
• Audit timekeeping, review changes, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports, GL entries, and 401(k) activity.
• Assist with payroll tax, garnishments, and year-end tasks.
• Maintain confidential HR records and support onboarding.
• Support recruiting activities and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee questions and coordinate with HR team.
