Responsibilities include timekeeping, data integrity, and collaboration with hiring managers to support staffing needs, while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy in all records.

Qualifications

• Entry-level payroll role with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal payroll guidelines.
• Proficiency with Excel and payroll application systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll information by preparing payroll, reports and maintaining records.
• Process semi-monthly payroll for 50-1,100+ employees.
• Handle timekeeping inputs and corrections for department heads.
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate reports.
• Maintain confidential employee files and sensitive information.
• Assist in recruitment support, onboarding and HR recordkeeping.
