Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain accounting records for assigned accounts with journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Reconcile accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor expenditures and advise on funding/obligations.
  • Prepare month-end payroll and related reports; coordinate with HR and benefits.
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll using PAYCOM platform; maintain confidentiality.
  • Serve as payroll contact and support HRIS-related payroll activities.
  • Prepare reports and assist in annual financial audits with Controller.
