Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Clean criminal history; arrests evaluated individually.
• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and maintain basic accounting or fiscal records.
• Review time records for bi-weekly payroll; process pay adjustments and garnishments.
• Update payroll system with benefits, retirement deductions; assist employees with tax forms and direct deposits.
• Prepare reports for retirement systems, deferred compensation, and vendors as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial procedures; write reports and business correspondence.
• Learn and utilize specialized applications; basic computing skills including word processing, databases, spreadsheets.
