C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) in Abilene, TX is seeking a Fiscal Support Specialist to provide financial and administrative support to the Fiscal Operations team. The role focuses on payroll processing, reporting, and maintaining financial records to ensure compliance.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of payroll practices and GAAP, strong spreadsheet skills, and good communication. Associates or higher preferred, plus relevant finance experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payroll practices and compliance with applicable laws.
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong word processing and spreadsheet capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process employee data changes and bi-weekly payroll for accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze reports for Management and maintain financial records.
• Maintain and update databases and review contracts for policy compliance.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
