Job summary

The Boeing Company in Renton, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Payroll Specialist to join the Check Distribution team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in payroll, Excel, and data analysis, plus strong communication and confidentiality. This is a hybrid role with a first-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1+ years of experience with Excel, analyzing large datasets.
• 1+ years of experience with attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
• 1+ years of experience with strong verbal and written communication.
• 1+ years of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 1+ years of independent and collaborative work.
• 1+ years of handling sensitive information and safeguarding confidentiality.
• CPP or FPC certification is a plus; PeopleSoft experience is preferred.
• Experience in high-volume payroll/shared services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processes, audits, analyzes and reconciles pay distribution for domestic and foreign employees.
• Reviews complex reports and researches payroll-related inquiries and bank reconciliations.
• Delivers responsive service to employees, HR and partners.
• Maintains and updates employee payroll information for check distribution.
• Addresses employee inquiries and payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Keeps accurate payroll records and documentation.
