Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Manager, Payroll Data Implementation to lead a team responsible for end-to-end payroll data onboarding across current and future payroll products. You will ensure data accuracy, implementation readiness, and scalable processes while partnering with Tax, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

• Proven leadership managing implementation, payroll operations, data teams.
• Hands-on payroll data migration, validation, and tax concepts.
• Ability to define KPIs, SLAs, and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for Payroll Data Implementation.
• Lead KPI setup, capacity planning, and throughput improvements.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Own data onboarding lifecycle from intake to go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure client success.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and automation opportunities.
