Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll data audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Review and transcribe Payroll SOPs for clarity and consistency.
• Support timecard exception management including missed punches.
• Respond to payroll inquiries via the internal ticketing system.
• Analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies and trends or areas for improvement.
