Job summary

Union Home Mortgage Corp. invites applicants to join its L.E.A.D Internship Program in Strongsville, Ohio, for a 3-month summer experience designed to expose students to real-world analytics and corporate culture.

Interns will be treated like Partners, work 40 hours per week, and receive compensation while learning from senior leadership and peers. Ideal candidates are pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in data analytics, economics, or advanced mathematics, with strong SQL and spreadsheet skills,

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with at least one relational database (SQL experience preferred).
Familiarity with at least one spreadsheet application.
Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Perform needed analyses under department leadership.
Extract, manipulate and visualize data across different platforms.
Collaborate with Business Partners within and outside of the department to drive analysis forward.
Present findings and recommendations to different audiences to inform stakeholders for decisions.
Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
