The Accounting Department is seeking a part-time Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations. This role is responsible for processing non‑exempt payroll, auditing and releasing payments, and assisting the Payroll Manager as needed, while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.
This position operates in a standard office environment with routine use of computers, phones, and other office equipment. Work is primarily sedentary and performed in a professional office setting. Hybrid or remote work may be available based on institutional needs. Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer; frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry; ability to view and interpret information on a computer screen for extended periods; occasional standing, walking, or light lifting (up to 10–15 pounds, e.g., files or office materials).
This position is part‑time, benefits‑eligible at 24 hours per week / 3 days a week. It may be eligible for a partial remote work schedule.
