Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-state payroll environment.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. payroll tax laws, statutory regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.
• Knowledge and experience with job cost accounting and general ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes full cycle payroll including review and balancing of all payroll-related allocations.
• Maintains all employee payroll information to ensure it is current and accurate.
• Works in conjunction with HRPD and Labor Relations to ensure employee transactions are processed accurately.
