The Payroll Coordinator has the primary responsibility to process and reconcile the payroll data from Human Resources to update the payroll system accordingly. Responsible for verifying time sheet data provided by the multiple entities and departments; balancing the data from the time entry system to the payroll processing system; verification of the payroll reports and tax liabilities on a bi-weekly payroll schedule; processing the deductions that require payment through the Accounts Payable Department; processing of all payroll demand checks as requested by entity and department; and verification of the annual reconciliation of the employee W2s to the Payroll Registers and tax reports.
This position requires the ability to navigate varying workforce need from high-volume frontline roles to professional and specialized positions, while delivering a consistent, inclusive, and values-driven candidate experience.
