Job summary

Broken Drum Insulation Visalia, a BDI Company, is seeking a payroll professional to manage company-wide payroll with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. You will handle job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reporting while maintaining records and responding to inquiries.

Position requires attention to detail and the ability to work with HR and accounting to ensure efficiency. Schedule: Monday - Friday; Pay: $18.00- $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for all employees
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports
• Maintain and update payroll records
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
