Job Description

The Payroll Coordinator will support consistent and reliable payroll functions on a weekly basis for a multi-company environment, along with all payroll-related compliance and reporting requirements including but not limited to: monthly workers’ comp reports, weekly certified payroll compliance/reports, payroll deductions and garnishments record keeping, and payroll tax and benefits reporting.

Job Requirements

• In-person, on-site
• Process weekly payroll for 600+ employees across multiple companies
• Demonstrate honesty and discretion when reporting all payroll related matters
• Accurately calculate payroll tax deductions and process weekly tax payments in accordance with IRS guidelines via EFTPS
• Process weekly 401k submissions to Fidelity via ACH payment
• Process weekly health insurance payments from employee withholdings as well as company's liability portion
• Prepare all certified payroll reports, verify their accuracy, and file them on time with the appropriate customers and/or government agencies
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports and payments
• Process annual W2’s for all employees
• Support Accounting and Finance as requested

Salary Range (Annually)

$54,000 - $76,000
