Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Payroll Specialist in the United States to process and maintain all payroll information, including wages and commissions, update teammate records, and ensure compliance with laws.

You will support store management and corporate leaders, handle tax withholdings and deductions, reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports, while upholding confidentiality and providing high levels of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience in payroll processing.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of payroll software and related systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions, including wages and commissions.
• Maintain teammate payroll records and tax withholdings.
• Perform system record maintenance (new hires, timekeeping, benefits).
• Respond to teammate inquiries and communicate with leadership.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
• Special projects as assigned.
