Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with full-cycle processing.
• Strong experience with multi-state payroll compliance and payroll tax requirements.
• Experience resolving payroll tax, withholding, and registration issues.
• Advanced experience with ADP or comparable payroll platform.
• Experience processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete payroll process for salaried and hourly employees.
• Oversee payroll data, earnings, deductions, and terminations; perform audits and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local payroll tax requirements and registrations.
• Coordinate with ADP and regulatory agencies; respond to notices and rate discrepancies.
• Drive process improvements, internal controls, and payroll reporting.
