Responsibilities

• Review payrolls processed in-house for accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee payroll tax compliance, including quarterly filings and year-end forms.
• Follow firm processes to keep documentation audit-ready.
• Maintain open items and conduct self-review for quality control.
• Work with clients to gather data and respond promptly to requests.
• Participate in client meetings as a knowledge resource and suggest improvements.
• Stay current on payroll tax laws and industry issues and share relevant updates.
• Attend recruiting, community, and firm events to help grow the practice.
