Job summary

Clyde Companies is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Clerk in Utah to join our payroll team. You will enter data into payroll systems, review manual entries, and help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

This role supports weekly garnishments and certified payroll, assists with 401(k) plan compliance and payroll tax rules, and looks for opportunities to improve processes. If you enjoy numbers and helping colleagues, this position offers a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Overview

Do you love numbers and helping people get paid? We are looking for a Part-Time Payroll Clerk. As a Payroll Clerk you will hold one of the most important jobs in the company, paying employees for their work! In this position you will do things like:

• Enter information into payroll systems accurately and on time,
• Review and import manual entry data,
• Contribute to the efficacy of the team by recommending process improvements,
• Completing weekly reporting such as garnishments and certified payroll, and
• Helping to maintain compliance with the 401K plan, payroll tax laws, union contracts and other applicable regulations.
