Job summary

You will work Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-5:00PM with overtime and weekends as needed, using MS Excel and payroll software to ensure timely, accurate pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related payroll processing experience.
• Strict adherence to ethical standards when handling sensitive financial and personal employee data.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using general office equipment and computer programs.
• Deadline driven.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of payroll processes required.
• Distribute, collect, and review timesheets. Verify hours worked, overtime, and leave time.
• Update and maintain accurate employee records.
• Compile payroll summaries and other reports as requested.
• Strong familiarity with spreadsheet applications and payroll/accounting software.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with job site, co-workers, and project management.
• Accounts payable knowledge: matching invoices, receivers, and purchase orders.
• Reply to assigned queries correctly and timely.
• Complete special projects as required by manager.
• General office duties.
