What You’ll Do

• Process and maintain payroll for multiple pay groups (time worked, bonuses, deductions, etc.)
• Review payroll data, reconcile checks, and handle ADP invoice credits
• Issue/reissue checks or direct deposits as needed
• Respond to employee and supervisor payroll questions
• Assist with administrative payroll tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of payroll experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive information
• Experience with ADP is a plus
