PrincePerelson & Associates is seeking a Payroll & Billing Specialist to manage weekly payroll for 100+ staff, client invoicing, and accounts receivable. The role requires high integrity, confidentiality, and meticulous accuracy in a hands-on, in-office setting in Sugarhouse, UT.

Salary ranges $60,000–$65,000 with comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years payroll experience, strong Excel and multi-software aptitude, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing payroll independently or with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with client billing, invoicing and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely weekly payroll for 100+ employees.
• Prepare and distribute accurate client invoices weekly.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Research and resolve payroll/billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
