Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Florida is seeking a payroll and billing guide to oversee payroll processing for internal and external employees, ensuring accurate data entry and timely client billing.

You will maintain employee files in ADP, manage timesheets, and generate client bills, with weekly pay and bonus opportunities. The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving in a fast-paced, healthcare staffing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of payroll experience.
• ADP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Staffing Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter all necessary information into the system to enable payroll processing for new employees and client bills.
• Maintain employee files in ADP.
• Collect and store employee timesheets and ensure timely and proper approvals by clients.
• Enter timesheet data accurately and minimize payroll errors.
• Create and send client bills per client instructions.
• Make collection calls to ensure payments are received as agreed.
• Perform other duties as required.

About the Job

The payroll and billing guide is responsible for processing payroll for both internal and external employees.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure all necessary information has been entered into system to ensure payroll can be processed for new employees and bills can be generated for clients
• Maintain employee files in ADP
• Collect and store employee timesheets. Pursue late timesheets.Ensure timesheets are properly approved by client and appear valid
• Accurately enter timesheet information into system. Operate with minimal payroll and billing errors
• Create and send client Bills based on client instructions
• Make collection calls to ensure client payments are received as per agreed terms
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of three years of experience of payroll experience
• ADP and Salesforce experience preferred
• Staffing Industry experience preferred
