Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll processing and benefits administration experience.
• Extensive hands-on Paycom experience required.
• Strong background in payroll audits, reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience administering employee benefits, including enrollment and deductions.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll through Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee payroll records including hires, changes, and terminations.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to identify discrepancies and reconcile records.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports (labor costs, overtime, deductions, benefits).
• Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement).
• Manage benefits enrollment and changes with providers; respond to inquiries.
• Reconcile payroll records with accounting and finance; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll tax filings, year-end reporting, and W‑2s.
