The position handles tax reporting, W-2s, and payroll system duties while ensuring data integrity and timely processing. DOE weekly pay; full-time on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year payroll experience.
• 2 years accounting or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Excel/Word and 10-key.
• Experience with large company payroll using an outside vendor.
• Familiar with payroll tax handling for tip income.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data.
• Maintain time and attendance records.
• Post hours, deductions, PTO, benefits, gratuities, and direct deposits.
• Ensure integrity of payroll data.
• Generate quarterly and yearly reports, W-2s and related reports.
• Resolve payroll disputes; provide payroll support to departments.
• Maintain payroll files and assist with HRIS systems.
• Enter and download 401K contribution reports.
