Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires four years of college.
• One year of professional HR experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll, benefits and timekeeping is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process central office HR transactions related to timekeeping, payroll, wage adjustments, status changes and retirement.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and salary records.
• Guide department employees and staff on benefits, leaves of absence, FMLA and related inquiries.
• Provide orientation on insurance, retirement and timekeeping.
• Maintain timekeeping records using computer systems and audits.
