Job summary

Eccalon, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist in Detroit to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, tax filings, and benefits administration. You will handle enrollment, changes, and year-end reporting, while advising employees on coverage and interacting with providers.

You will manage payroll records, collaborate with HR and finance, and stay updated on payroll laws and industry best practices. A CPP certification and 5+ years of experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field.
• CPP certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee payroll records, taxes, and year-end reporting.
