Eccalon, LLC is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration for our Detroit team. You will handle payroll compliance, tax filings, benefits enrollment, and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, CPP certification, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with ADP or Paychex. You will collaborate with HR and finance for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field.
• CPP certification required.
• 5+ years in payroll/benefits, with compliance knowledge.
• Proficient in ADP or Paychex and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Prepare payroll reports and year-end tasks (W-2).
• Ensure regulatory tax filings are completed on time.
• Serve as the primary liaison for payroll and benefits inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to reconcile payroll data.
