Responsibilities

• Process payroll for assigned facilities: Work with facility to close timecards for payroll processing; Import and process payrolls; Enter manual bonuses, arrears, or reimbursements as necessary.
• Administer employee benefits for assigned facilities: Process and resolve all benefits-related inquiries; Reconcile benefit deductions monthly for assigned facilities.
• Ensure transparent communication and a high caliber of customer service for all relevant stakeholders: Respond timely and accurately to all inquiries; Proactively address barriers to efficient workflow; Keep direct manager informed about deadlines and process implementation.
• Other duties as assigned
