Job summary

Kurz Transfer Products is seeking a Benefits Administration and Payroll Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of benefits and payroll for a US multi‑state workforce and Canadian employees.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA), vendor management, and confidential handling of payroll data. You will collaborate with leadership, brokers, and payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant compensation and benefits delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll for multi-state US and Canada.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA.
• Proficient with Dayforce HRIS and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze benefits data and forecast costs.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration and payroll operations lifecycle.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for US multi-state and Canadian employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Audit benefits eligibility and monthly vendor billing.
• Manage relationships with brokers and plan providers.
• Prepare reports on benefits cost and utilization.
• Maintain confidential employee records in HRIS.
• Support leadership with benefits strategy decisions.
