Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of HR experience including benefits and payroll administration.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work independently in a solo HR function.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and flexible spending accounts.
• Process biweekly payroll and manage retirement benefits using ADP Workforce Now.
• Lead annual open enrollment and communicate benefits changes to staff.
• Prepare annual employee compensation and benefit analysis reports, as well as the annual and midyear HR and benefits budget reforecast.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and local leave laws, including FMLA, ADA, and the Sick Leave Act.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR policies and procedures.
